Open State sequencer of Test universe (software of omicron), select Binary output 1 (breaker input to the numerical relay). That is the pickup current of relay.

Note the tripping time and compare with actual settings 10.4 sec. If no, rise 20ms in 3rd state and repeat the procedure till the stall protection detected by numerical relay. Check the numerical relay, whether stall protection is operated or not.
